Beautiful and clean new office. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Also, Dr Heins was professional, kind, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I'm an autistic woman with a history of bad experiences at the dentist. I had basically no dental care as a child, so as an adult it's never been my favorite thing. It had been a few years since my last cleaning and I was super nervous. This office is great! Everyone was really nice, it was clean and a very relaxing atmosphere overall. I felt well taken care of and not rushed or like I was being sold to. They asked me beforehand if I generally felt anxious at the dentist, which I really appreciated. Would recommend to anyone!

I honestly had the best experience here! Staff was really nice and welcoming as well. I had the opportunity to meet with Dr.Heins, super friendly and very knowledgeable. I could tell she was really interested in my dental health and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone!

I needed a new dental clinic since mine closed. A friend mentioned NE 1 Dental and she raved and I called to make an appt and got in as a new patient in 2 days. 😊 Excellent staff and facilities. I’m so thrilled to have found this place and to know it’s also owned by 2 women dentists who are alums of the UMN is icing on the cake! Thanks for taking great care of me.

I was nervous about going to the dentist after several years of not going, but the team here was so lovely that it was nothing but a positive experience! The staff and Dr Heins were welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Would 100% recommend!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean environment and great music! I was feeling nervous about going to the dentist because it had been 5+ years but all the team members were kind and nonjudgmental, they really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend!

I didn’t know going to the dentist could be actually enjoyable until my first visit yesterday! New technology, cleaning tools, and a dentist office ran by women? This was super refreshing and cool. I was given multiple opportunities to ask questions and get clarifying information and receive referrals. Dr. Heins spent the most time with me I’ve ever spent with a dentist. Thank you for showing me what wonderful patient care looks like!

What a great place! There is a calm, professional atmosphere with kind, respectful and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Benke was clear with her diagnosis and treatment plan for my dental issues. I appreciated that I could be scheduled within a few days for the treatment I need and have my six month cleaning appointment set before I left as well. Overall, a five star Dental Practice!
